Warehouse Pollution Reduction Act

Would create an EPA and Pollution Control Board review program for large warehouses with emissions-reduction targets, buffer requirements near sensitive receptors, mitigation fees, and citizen suits. The most consequential environmental provisions for data centers, water permitting, discharge monitoring, and clean air, sit within the data-center bills and the Governor's framework.
